what is the best way to help ease injection pain in the ass? i am takin 400mg of eq with 400mg of tren e a week. i split it up in 4 shots, 1cc of each on monday one shot in cheek and then again on thursday

start to use other injections sites.......shoulder, quads, chest, biceps.......this will help ease the pain of the shots.......

Once the needle is in, depress the plunger as slow as you can without moving the needle around. The slower you go the better. Rotating sites is also highly recommended. Stupid question but brand new pin every time right ?

yeah of course, so u think pushing in to fast causes more soreness? i have taken plenty of shots but this recent cycle has kicked my ass and i havent done anything different.

It just might be the gear your using but yes, going slowly does help. Your forcing a thick liquid in between the muscle fibers so the less trauma you cause the better.

Hmmmm i would say its the gear you have. Like I said Winny always gives me the worst pain and I have taken several diff types of cycles. Just be as sterile and gentle as possible. try rubbing the injection site real good for a few minutes afterwards to work the oils in the fibers. Good Luck bro
