oh and any training/course exp u may have...
Look real good, good base. You could go either direction in the next 3 months and be succesful with what your starting with. If you want abs, drop your BF about 3-4%, Lota Cardio, Crunches and Diet. Or you could bulk and still keep your BF at a nice number under like 13-14%.
If you bust your ass you could see some abs by the end of may.
Start pounding that protein guy. Build some more muscle and it will be much easier to see those abs from a higher metabolism.
Age - 24
BF is around 10% last time checked
Training is pretty standard - 4x/week (when I can 5x)
1 muscle group each time + 30mins cardio + abs (every other day)
I'd rather cut down/shred as opposed to bulk up - the 'love handles' don't go away no matter what I try to do.

huh cut how skinny do you want to be.
if your to skinny you wont see nothing when you cut anyways.

bigt10: I want to lean out, hard muscle, etc. I don't really want to be skinny but I want to see the muscles I've got.
Working on getting extra protein and making sure the cardio is done each day --- just looking for some advice to get to my goals.
