my brother tells me for size i want to do less reps more weight and for cut i do more reps less weight? can anyone help me with this... im 5'11'' 24 years old and weight 165 my bf is somewhere around 5% to 7% im really cut right now and just want to bulk up im doing test e 500mg a week and eq 400mg a week with 30mg of d bol a day is this good for bulking up quick or should i be doing something else?
