Im thinking about moving down there and was wondering if it is a good place for a mid to late 20's guy? I have heard its a fun town but I dont want to be around all students. Any advice or info is appreciated.

Fun is where you find it.
Up here in Dallas, we've got a national level accordian festival every March, lots of fun for me. I'm sure you'll find fun and adventure in Austin, it's a big city with lots of late 20's people.
