im not a vet but the longest I have done was 10 weeks @ 60mg
gained alot of strength and slimmed down a bit with moderate lbm.

I know people who have run it for 12-14 weeks but I wouldn't recomend that because it is hell on Lipid profiles. I am about start it and run for 8 weeks along with Winne, Tren, Prop and GH. I know you will say 2 17aa's yada yada but I know a few people who have run this and had great results and liver values were fine.

Stacked with Tren and Prop.
I've run it at doses of up 150mg ed for 8 weeks but only for cutting. If you can afford it, it fabulous for keeping your strength up and helps with retaining lbm.
Favorite cutting stack: var, prop, tren and masterone

MUST RUN either policosanol or red yeast rice or some form of lipid support with it..
80MG ED 12 weeks with Prop, Tren A, mast P.
Lean mass, decreased body fat from 12 to 10% (I think I had too many cheat days in my diet) nice strength gain, some size increase.
As getnjacked said, lipid support is needed and I would throw in some liver sups too just to be safe.
Not if you know where to get it from. I did 50mg/ED for 5 weeks and 100mg/ED for 6th week. I cut it short because the pumps from it just got so bad I had to start cutting workouts short and even not being able to do certain muscle groups anymore.Originally Posted by Baba

I am in the same boat, I am using 50mg ED and my lower back locks up when doing deadlifts, it gets soo bad I can't move. I also get the pumps in the front of my shins when I run and now I can't run any more. Still haven't stopped though, I love the strength gains.Originally Posted by dece870717

wanted to bring this thread back becuase im running 25 mg a day and just doing push ups..since i moved i have had no time to hit the gym becuase im way to busy,,but i have trained hard for 6 years...my question is how long can a run var at this low dose and be good with liver and cholesterol..the results with my body are already drastic leaned out alot its been about 6-7 weeks...id like to continue this dosage from now throughout the summer if possible with liver support and some niacine for cholesterol..any sugestions on if i can go past 14 weeks at this dose considering its low??

Wow been a year since I opened this thread. And dang I've used all of mine up and finding it is now such a bitch, send me some.
Well I'll say having some var is better than no var from my experience. Yes that is low (25mg). You will get something out of it, but not as effectively as 40mg a day.
But optimally at least 60mg a day, up to 100mg for best results.
But in your case if you really want to keep it low, bump it to 40.
Personally have gone past 15 weeks without a problem except some occasional headaches and the sh*ts at first.
