Hello everyone, I am new to this forum, but I have used 2/3 cycles already. This is my new cycle that I am going to use for summer cut up:
Primobolan - 1 week
Winstrol - EOD
Test. Prop - EOD
Materon - EOD
Anavar - Still waiting for this to come in lol
Nolvadex - 20mgs/Day
Anyway guys, I will now show you my diet, and please could people help me out on my diet, if you think I need more improvements then please do let me know, also, I will post pictures if I can get time.
My Diet:
9:00 AM Breakfast:
5 Scrambled Eggs
Bowl Of Oats
Water (thru out all day)
12:00 AM Snack:
Protein Shake
Fruit - Apple/Banana
14:00 PM Lunch:
Chicken Salad
Gym Session at 16:00PM
17:30 PM Dinner:
Tuna Salad
20:00 PM Snack:
Protein Shake
Day Total: 1321kcal Protein: 137.5g Carbs: 52.7g Fat: 27g
