    Carb Cravings

    Currently, I weigh 215 lbs at 15-17% bf. I want to get to 10% bf and under 200 lbs. I eat clean throughout the day, but at night I get really bad carb cravings. I often eat things like cereal etc, which is causing me not to loose weight. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do when I get these cravings?

    i used to get the same ones, so what i did was stock my apartment with only a few things, i have chicken breast, steamed veges, and raw veges, the only sugar i have is in the form of natural fruit bars which are low calorie

    after a month or so i lost my carb cravings, but for the time being, go to the store in the ice cream section and look up things that are sugar free, most of the time they are artificially sweetened and have little to no calories but still taste good

    i take this befor bed and if fills me up and its been helping with weight loss and muscle gains!

    1 scoop casein protein
    2000mg L-Arginine-Ornithine
    1 teaspoon flax seed oil
    1 teaspoon l-glutamine
    Melatonin
    mixed with water

    I love cereal, but I am doing the low carb thing right now and having fantastic results. Whenever I get a carb craving I just cook up some scrambled eggs and sprinkle some cheese on them and I am good. Very little carbs but its good.
