just a thought of something that could make it better... along w/ the PM's, add like a chat part, so u dont have to keep pm'ing for a simple convo... just a thought...

and you can add people to a select friend's list
and boom...IM....

it would be a terrible idea to have IM's here...at least visible 'chatbox' ones.
there would be no way to regulate what people say, people would be naming sources left and right and it would be impossible to keep up with all the people breaking the rules.
