Does anyone do pause squats? I have incorporated them in my workout as an auxillary exercise, so far so good. I would like some other opinions on this.

Not a staple, but yes I have incorporated them in workouts occasionally. They definitely help you out of the hole. Probably wont do much for your geared squats though, if that's a concern of yours.
I Have done them for years Pausing a heavy set of five or best Triple builds amazing confidence geting only a tad below parallel but I dont use it as a secondary ex, I gives great confidence knowing you can pause and control heavy weight
