I've just bought a magnesium+potassium powder for when I'll start Clen.
CL
More than one banana I suppose. Clen cramps are a bitch.
Don't worry about that tho. They last for the first few days only (at least for me)
Interview? what's your job?
Its a college interview to demonstrate our individual understanding of a group project. Not looking forward to it!!!
I think I hit the Clen to hard from the start.
80, 100, 100, 120. I felt my body handle it well but will build up slower in future. Lesson learnt.
Definately works however as Im wearing jeans right now that I couldnt close buttons on before ha ha.
Think the Banana helped. I was seriously stiff and sore when I woke. Much better now.
I take in 2 gallons of water, 2000 milligrams of Taurine, and 400 milligrams of chelated potassium every day. No cramps... The taurine is cheap, and bananas have potassium, but the pills are pretty cheap too. I am doing 200mcg of Clen daily. If you are trying to stick to whole foods only, I don't know what has Taurine in it...
taurine at 4-6g per day as clen depletes your taurine stores which can cause you to cramp, that, plus the stuff chucklee mentiond should take care of it
It was a slow ramp up to it. This dosage works well for me, and my BP is still safe. I certainly don't recommend that dosage for everyone, but I mentioned it to gauge the amounts of supplements and water I was taking in.
Thanks for commenting though, as I feel I should add a disclaimer:
Work up to your individual dosage and not hit 200 just cuz a guy on the internet can do it. This stuff is the real deal, and everyone should use common sense and safety with it.
