Okay, I've heard that warming up the cheek and the vial helps with the soreness (test E 300) which is...I'm not going to lie; significant. Now everyone that has a sports/weightlifting background is accustomed to managing pain, but this is different, for instance; I noticed today that it affects my form when I'm squatting etc.
Also, how long should til the soreness diminishes, probably by the time I take my next (2/week) shot huh? This is my first cycle and I apologize if these are every day questions, I'm just looking for any helpfull tips etc.
Oh yeah, I should also mention; I know its a long way to the top if you wanna rock n roll, I don't need any retarded replies about "paying my dues" or whatever macho crap I see pop up in here occasionally, I'm just a newbie heavyweight looking for tips on managing soreness during my first cycle.
