Whats the best way to take these.
2 caps of each 3 times a day.
or
2 caps of fish oil 3 times a day one day
and 2 caps of flax seed oil 3 times a day on the other day.
So basically rotating days
1 day fish oil only and the other flax seed only.

i just take flax seed oil in my shake before bed
I've heard not to take both on same day. Do one day of each. Not sure why. Anyone else heard of this??

You can use both on the same day, why anyone would say you can't makes no sense. But I suspect 6 pills of either a day won't do too much. IMO I would just eat fish than you can take the flax.

I dont take fish or flax pills. But I suppose if you were to convert it to the amount in pills I would be taking 28 pills of flax per day.

Why would they be flushed out? 6 flax pills? That is 6 grams of fat man, think about eating 1cup of oatmeal. That has about 6g fat...that is barely ANYTHING.
Eating one big mac prolly gives you like 40g fat, you think your body just flushes that out? LOL I bet all the fatties wish it did.
Not to hijack the thread, but I've been thinking about trying krill oil. Someone posted some real persuasive info about it recently.

use of oil is much misunderstood. Any of these ***** oils should be used to make up your daily fat intake. I need 80g of fat per day. I keep fatty foods to a minimum and then top with flax, fish oil, nuts and avocados to attain my 80g. These oil supplements should not just be added as extras as they obviosly contain cals and can throw your macros out. the idea of them is to replace large ammounts of sat fat and ***** 6 both of which are not good in quantity.
