I have got a big chest and its in good shape apart from my nipples, there sort of making me paranoid! They stick out and i can grab hold of what feels like balls in them! Ant advice on how to get rid of this shit? Or is it fat deposits? I hammer my chest because of this with flys, incline flys cable cross overs etc. Im a pro rugby player and i do cardio 3 times a week and play a game every week which is better than any cardio! Any advice? Thanks in advance
