just wanted some opinions on my diet, aiming to bulk, not bothered about being lean! this is a training day diet, none trainng days i drop post workout meal and have 30 gram protein from tuna and i drop carbs 160grams. snack on fruit and odd chocolate bar here and there.

12.00 2 tins tuna, tin of soup, bowl of porridge and sultanas. 50grams protein, 80 grams carbs, 550 cal
3.00 2 tins tuna, tin of soup, basmati rice. 50 grams protein, 80 gram carbs, cal 600
post workout 3 scoops whey protein, 2 bananas. 60 gram protein. 40 gram carb, 440 cal
6.00 2 tins tuna, tin soup, porridge and sultanas. 50 grams protein, 80 gram carbs, 550 cal
9.00 6 egg whites and 4 yolks fried in olive oil. 50 gram protein, 50 gram fat, 600 cal
total, protein 320g, carb 360, cal 4000, fat 60
