So puttin together my cycle just need some help.. doin a 12 week cycle.. first 4 weeks Dbol.. 30-40 mgs.. spread thru the day.. 400 mgs of Test E.. and goin to Deca. just wonderin how much deca and when in the cycle. Also need to kno the proper PCT best suggestions to keep gains! Thanks!
stats- 28.. 13% body fat.. years of trainin off and on. Looking to gain 15-20 lbs of good dense muscle, rather have slow good gains, then the bloated look. Thanks for suggestions guys! Forum is important to guys to get the proper help and info thanks!
