so ive noticed a couple of us (including myself) give out advice to noobs that enter the board and post a thread...come to later find out that they're 17, 18, and 19 year olds....so i propose the following...before we give out any advice on what to do and what not to do, we ask them their age..i caught myself answering someone questions and then comming back to ask their age only to have them say "im 18 and been lifting for 6yrs"
most of us ask bf%, diet, weight, height ect. but almost always forget to ask the age. thats prob b/c we assume that they are of age (i mean come on this is a mature ppls site..lol)
so who's with me? i kno its in the rules and regulations of the board..but i just feel that we should all enforce it more
