1/2 cup quick oats
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1tsp vanilla extra
1 medium bannana
Instructions - Mix all in a blender...heat up nonstick cooking pan, brown on both sides like you would for regular pancakes...then enjoy makes about 3 small pancakes
add 4oz turkey suasage, and 4 egg whites, and BAAM breakfest of champions
Meal 1 – ½ cup quick oats (precooked), 4oz turkey sausage, 6 egg whites, 1 banana
