Hey ill be taking winstrol for the first time and was wondering if i should spread the dosage throughout the day or all at once. I got 5mg pills, planning on only taking 50mg a day, thanks guys.

i would split it up at least twice a day; winny is about a 24 hour dht from what i understand, so only twice a day should sufficiently keep it flowing regularly.

You should check out what the half life of Winny is. I am not sure off by hand but that would help you on deciding how to spread the dosage. I would take 25 mg am and 25 mg pm.

hmm it is listed 8 hours on this site and 48hours on another site. Thats a big difference I dont know which to believe but I do agree 3x daily is good just to make sure.
Edit: 8hours is for orals and 48 hours is for injectables.

yea im using test, this is my cycle
12 weeks of sust at 500mg a week
10weeks of deca at 600mg a week
first 4 weeks taking 40mg of dbol
last 4 weeks of cycle ill be taking the winstrol
