Up Calories during PCT? [Cutting Cycle]

stats is 200lbs, 5'9, 9% bf. I'm about to finish a cutting cycle of test prop and winstrol and will start PCT 3 days after last prop shot.

I'm doing a a pretty strict cutting diet 2500 cal a day. should I up my calorie during PCT or keep the same? what about after PCT finished?

I would up the cals to at least maintenance during PCT. Your body is going to be in a catabolic state once the test prop leaves your system and a calorie defecit is the last thing you want. You shouldn't put much fat on if you eat really clean at maintenance and up the cardio.

Thanks for the response bro. currently I'm on 300 g protein, 140 g carb and 60 g fat. you think I should up the pro or carb or fat? and by how much each?

You should increase the amount of everything. Increase carbs by 80g = 320 calories, protein by 100g = 400 cals, and fats by 20g = 180. Which will increase your total cals by 900 and you will be really close to maintance. Try it out and access after two weeks.

Hey, I'm new to this site and I have a couple questions that I think that may be suspect due to the guidelines set. Could someone PM me? my email is [email protected] and my AIM name is Mrtrauma 1

    It'd be greatly appreciated.
