help please

hi i done my first cycle and finished 2 and a half months ago, i was on deca dura and sust 250
my dosage was deca dura--4ml and sust 2ml every 5days,
since doing this cycle i am experiencing severe headaches every time i do anything strenuess like sex,big weights, wat is this down to,is there anything i can get, i am experiencing headaches all threw the day as wel slightly not as strong when doing strenuess things.
please help me or advise me wat to do

there are so many things wrong with this post it scares me.

main issues:

what are your stats? age, bf%, height, weight

how long was your cycle and at what dose in mgs/week?

your injection frequency is atrotious for the compounds you were using.

do you know what pct is and did you do one when your cycle ended?

most likely you are suffering from being shut down and not doing a proper pct, i suggest you learn what a proper pct is and do one.
