I ve been doing autobody repair for the last 7 years. Its rough work thatll turn you old fast. Anyways I notice since I started back lifting that my joints are popping a lot, its freaky sounding.

I would warm-up alot before related excersise. I used to get alot of those as a beginner. I warmed up alot, specially in my beginning days, and it progressively dissapeared withing 4 months.
