im new to the forum, but ima just just right in

Im looking to purchase some annabolic steroids for Muscle gain, i am currently looking only at oral ones, mainly being Winstrol.

What would you recommend for me, i am not trying to look massively huge, but have a good lean (attractive body). Also can you recommend some good anti E's.

Could you give us some more information on your background, would this be ypur first cycle? what is your age? how long have you been training? whats your diet like? stats?

Hey, sorry for not being particularly specific

i just turned 18, <---- you aged very fast 2 years in minutes good job!!! i have been working out 5 times a week (including 20-30 mins cardio per workout) for the past 3 months. My diet is pretty average, i do have a slight amount of body fat.

Hit the brakes man. 18? IMO, that is too young. You still got some natural growth to take place, plus, you have only been steady at working out for 3 months? I don't want to sound like a jerk man, but you need to take it slow and natural for a while. Get your diet and workout in check before you start thinking about AAS.

You to young to even consider using any kind of anabolic support, at your age you have enough natural hormones to build really decent muscle along side a basic diet and training program. Using AAS can damge your HPTA and create huge problems with your own hormonal balance, your own system hasn't fully developed yet so give it a few years and use what you have naturally.

Also you need to build a base to work from and with only 3 months worth of training under your belt this is nowhere near a base to start using AAS. It takes years to build a base and is a must if your serious about taking AAS. Would you build a house without any foundations? building a soild base will help you maintain your new muscle what you build when you do decide to do a cycle and with only 3 months worth of gym work, your body hasn't even started to grow yet. Concentrate on your diet and training program and you will achieve all your goals you require at this stage.

Haha, look man, I can't stop you from using any gear, but you are going to have to find someone else to give you that info, because personally, I don't want to have anything to do with telling someone who I think is too young for AAS, what to use, and taking something that could seriously hurt them. Sorry buddy, maybe someone else might tell you.

Nobody is going to recommend you to take aas, your too young mate, it would be totally irresponsible to do that.
Stay natural, you can make huge gains over the next three years just by diet and training alone.

Your to young and your attitude shows through that your way to immature to even consider taking any kind of anaboilc support, people are only trying to help you so dont get abusive with them. Taking AAS can cause serious damage to your own hormonal system, do you want to have problems with your own natraul test for the rest of your life? do you want to have problems with getting hard? ive seen guys who take gear to young and they are on HRT in their 20's. Just reconsider all because your not hearing what you want to hear theres no need to get on one.

Please be very carefull, you have been told whats best and at your age and training experience its food and training.

im already on creatines and take protien. I need something to boost it even more.

Training,eating and sleeping there is no easy quick fix to building muscle, concentrate on the above 3 things and in time you will achieve your goals.

There is no wonder supplement for you at your stage.

what do you reccomend as a good diet to stick to

my current gym program is as follows :

monday - 1.5 hour free weight training
tuesday - 1 hour machine weight training
wedness day - 1 hour hard cardio
thurdsay - 1.5 hour free weight training
friday - 1 hour machine training
saturday - 1 hour hard cardio

ill also do 10-30 mins cardio before working out.

my eating ist the best, i probably eat too much in a day.

People don`t want you to get hurt, we know the temptation to use aas is great but you will be glad you waited. Try No2 for some extra kick along with creatine and sharpen up your diet as best you can after 3 months there is no way you have hit a plateau. Do lots and lots of reasearch before even contemplating the use of ass. I read up for probably 2 years or so before trying it for the first time. Think about all there is to learn....injection methods,signs of infections,different steroid types, Ai's, Serms, steroid types, injection frequency, esthers, GYNO symptoms and treatment. It's in your best interest to read, read and do more reading first.

hahhahah eat every 3 hours time out 8-10 hours of sleep and work out the right way . do this for like 4 to 5 years and then get a small cycle going

protein and food is one of the most anabolic thing you can put in your body if you want muscle you cant do it with out food. if you want to get strong or look better its all in your diet.

even if you wer on aas and your diet was whack... your going to wast all your money steroids will do nothing for you.

your way to young you have enough test running throw your body as it is.
you really need to educate your self.....
