    problem with appitite?!?! HELP

    i start my cycle last friday, so far ive done 2 injections, i got like 400mg\Test-E and 100mg\Test-Prop. in me im finding it increasing harder to eat, my appitite isnt really there... im tryin to force myself to eat but meh, im really not feelin it.. any suggestions?

    I don't know but I am going through the exact same thing. I think its all these damn protein shakes and bars messing me up.

    yea well im taking in a weight gainer formula too... has a TON of calories and protein.. bout 2 shakes a day, but my caloric intake without em is about 4500 calories so maybe ive just been taking in to much the last few days ya think?

    I'm no expert but that sounds like a definite possibility to me.

    I think its a combination of things for me (maybe you too), I am on my first cycle with a lot of new compunds etc. Combined with all the new protein intake maybe killing my appetite I think.

    Hopefully someone else will chime in with some other ideas, this kinda sucks but I havent lost any weight...yet

    Protein shakes can really fill you up, you may want to try pure whey protein and mix with special K or some water base flavor without sugar.

    try some B12..greatly helps my appetite.
    drink plenty of whey shakes if you cant get your meals down.

    I think you guys need to chill on the protein shakes and protein bars... eat real food while taking anabolics.... we all add protein shakes for supplementation, but try eating real food... chicken, tuna, brown rice, oatmeal... all the staples in a healthy food and bodybuilders diet. check out the diet section... you should have all that in place before taking aas..

    heres my diet fellas...
    i add in a weight gainer shake... couple scoops is about 600 cal's and 30g protein whenever i cant get somethin down.. i have a huge problem eating all that oatmeal and rice throughout the day so sometimes ill cut it short and replace with a shake. my weight gainer is actually pretty good stuf... no sugar, very low salt, hi protein, complex carbs

    Meal 1 - 8 egg whites 2 whole cal 200, pro 30, Oats 60g (cal150 carb40 pro7 fat4), 1scoop whey (cal112, carb2.5, pro23, fat1.5. skimmed milk 200ml(cal120, carb 12.3, pro8.7, fat0.1 sprinkle cinnamon. Fish Oil (cal90 fat10g) TOTALS - Cal 739, carbs 94.8, pro 69.7, Fat 20.1

    Meal 2 - Tuna 1 tin (cal 145,carb0 pro31 fat1), Oats 60g (cal150 carb40 pro7 fat4), 1scoop whey (cal112, carb2.5, pro23, fat1.5, skimmed milk 200ml(cal120, carb 12.3, pro8.7, fat0.1, Dried Fruit 30g cal73, carbs 19.2. sprinkle cinnamon. TOTALS - Cal 750, carbs 114, pro 76.7, fat 11.6


    Meal 3 - 300g chicken (cal330 pro70 fat3.7) 100g Brown Rice (cal370 carbs 80 pro7.9 fat2.9) Oats 60g (cal150 carb40 pro7 fat4), Veg, TOTALS - cal700 carbs80 pro77.9 fat6.6
