Hey guys, made a post week or two back with my current stats and pics. Well, I'm fixing to begin cutting up to try to get a lot leaner for summer and I need some advice from you guys.
I've included a pic of me that was taken around a week ago, fresh off a bulking period I went through. I would like current estimates on my body fat and some advice as far as what area's need the most improvement in my frame muscularly, and what area's need the most improvement as far as reduction of fat.
I truly am dedicated to this so I am hoping to get down to 7-8% body fat within the next two months for summer, while at the same time retaining a majority of my muscle mass. I hope you guys can help, it's truly appreciated.
