    5'6 162lbs 20years still natural :D

    I got more than a year at least before i start a first cycle hopefully. Will my base be enough?

    Nice base to start off with, and props for waiting and not jumping on too early. Use your time to tweak your diet and training as you study gear and pct and keep us posted as you grow.

    diet my biggest problem....hopefully i'll improve and try to eat more and more everyday. Well i will try to push to my limits. I got friends who use steroid and am bigger than them. Why?? They simply don't EAT enough!

    if your gonna start juicin id recommend do a couple of months of just cutting - perfect your diet and do a lot of medium intensity cardio

    Definitely...will try to lower body fat before i start the cycle. Well there is still time

    in another year you will most likely be ready. stick to your diet and training and you should have a good base

    am now 165lbs eating more carbs than before and it seems that am always hungry lol.

    Its a front pic when i was 155lbs lol. And yeah definitely more fatter now at 165lbs haha

    Diet is key with juice or not, get this in check 150% before making that next move.

    yeah there is lot of time. more than 1 year and a half before i start juicing according to my plan. So will concentrate on eating and training.
