Ok guys currently doing a small test e dose of 250 mg's a week. Was previously running it at a higher dose and now I'm basically cruising on the test.
Going to ad in winny tabs to cut up more - my diet and cardio are in check and bf % low. I'm thinking of starting out on 60-100 mg's a day typically because of my body weight of 90 kg.
My question, is 250 mg's a week of test e sufficient to counteract problems resulting from winny (ed my biggest concern) or should I up the dose of test to 500?
