Unhappy How long can it take to strengten weak pelvic and back muscles

I have been doing rehab exercises now for about 2 months since May.

After a year and a half of chiropratic (and wasting my time and money) i now have loose ligaments from all theses adjustments and my pelvic used to get unaligned all the time.

I went into sport medecin where i got some very good treatments.

I am now doing pelvic stabilization exercises to work the deep muscles of the pelvic and lower back.

I am not talking about lower back and abs muscles here.

Anyone knows how long it can take to get a full recovery?

I am well aware that my lower back will always be weak but still the PT told me that i would be able to get back to a normal life.

I am using the lower back extender, inversion table and posture pump.

Last weekend i went to the water slides and apparently my body could not take it i got a fall back once again.

    SUCKS

i had a bad back for a year ruptured disk and a hurniated disk. whent to therapy for 3 months then home stretching for about 6 months then I started lifting very light. Just feeling things out. Slow up the weight and go at a slow pace till you have recovered.
