ok so i'm gonna start delts, i like quads as i like to get deep,
so whats the most amount of fuid i can put into each per week
i want to do each quad twice a week, i know its asking for trouble so should i REALLy avoid hitting the same location more then once a week .
and what 3ml for quads,
3lm glutes
2ml bi delts etc ?
