Diet "pretty good" might not be good enough, and 2 1/2 hours in the gym seems like there may be a problem with your training as well.
gym should be intense at 45 min usually max get in hit it and get out easy as pie and diet needs to be not good but right on it could be the difference in pounds of muscle mass
I sit on the tred mill for 45 minutes before I even hit the weights. I don't work out for that long, I go with a friend so I am their for a bit, but I do get 1 1/2 to myself for a work out.
well if diet is in check and training is intense the test usually kicks in around week four
Sweet! What about the Tren?
Workouts will vary for each person. There is no set time frame for a workout, but I think you can get what you need to get done in an hour or 45minutes, not including cardio. Steroids do not make you huge overnight bro. Gear is just a small piece of the puzzle. Takes Big's words to heart man. DIET IS KEY!!! You will not grow if your diet sucks
Oh I am in no big hurry I was just wondering. I know a kid that is on the juice and he diets like shit and he his huge but not cut out. More just big and bulky but strong.
well its not hard to be big and bulky but to have the desired look and a quality proportioned build thats hard and never ending and thats the usual goal of aas and nut busting year round
My goal also but he just I guess wants to be big and bulky.
Its called water retention. When cycling you should wanna take all the steps to prevent it as much as possible. When he comes off, he will get all fat and look like crap. I am guessing he knows nothing about PCT. Whatever
If anything do 10 quick minutes of cardio to get your heart rate up and do the majority of your cardio after workout.
Should you even be doing any cardio at all, if you're trying to get big..? Woulnd't it just be better to lift and make sure your diet is good and then later cut once everything is stable?

no Lifting will help build muscle but with cardio it can help with water retention and help keep your bf% low or lower it even if you are just starting. it also gets blood pumping to your muscles which i notice when i get a pump early in the workout![]()
how bout writing out your diet, including macros, so we can critique it, personally i think it's a complete ignorance and an utter lack of common sense when people take the time to: plan a cycle, get it critiqued, set up a workout regimen and do it religiously for 12 weeks, and buy all the necessary things for the cycle(which everyone knows is not cheap), yet they neglect the most important part of bodybuilding....DIET!!!! YOUR GAINS WILL SUCK IF YOUR DIETS IS HORRIBLE, END OF STORY
btw, HDRIDER, this is aimed at you, but just the people in general that get on here and say, i just start my cycle and my gains suck, i thought McDonalds was the foundation of a good diet, so why am i not gaining, please help me
Without eating the proper foods and sufficient amounts, all the gear in the world will not work without it.
Sounds like alot of good info. I will keep it all in mind and USE it.
