I am in my 3rd week of T3/clen. Im taking 100mcg of T3 and 80 of clen. I started low and worked my way up. I take all my t3 in the morning when I get up along with 40mcgs of clen then take the other 40 of clen 3-4 hours later so the shakes are not that bad and it does not keep me up when it is time for bed. Im getting good results from this not a whole lot on the scale(7 pounds) but more in the inches lost from the waist and my body seems to be more shapely!
How are you running the clen???Oh yea the t3 can eat muscle but If your protein intake is high enough I beleive it can keep muscle loss to a minimum. I searched this alot over the past 3 months so I do have alot of info. I have alot of good articles i could send u if u would like
