hi to everyone this is my first steroid forum
just start by saying that i have been training on and off for 20 years my diet is very good and i don`t drink alcohol or any processed food i know quite alot about what works for me calories training etc
i take in about 4000 calories with 250g of protein
stats are
i`m 5`10"
weight now 13st 3lb
BF about 10%
I have only tried steroids once that was last year i took dbol only for 6 weeks first 2 week 20mg
second 2 week 30mg
then slowly tapered off for the rest
I gained 4 pound within the first few days and then about another 4 pounds slowly.
lost gains slowly over next 6 months
So recently i thought of giving it another go this time 6 weeks of dbol running along side 400mg test cyp for 12 weeks
my dbol was delivered first so i started taking it thinking that test would be along soon
its only due today 2 weeks after i started dbol
i am up to 30mg of dbol now
should i just start with test and carry on running dbol for another 4 weeks or should i stop re group and start again in a few weeks.
Also again gained 6 pounds within 4 days of taking dbol and spent the next 10 days only gaining 4 pounds, i have been the weight i am now before (without gear) maybe not this hard though.
is this right or is my stuff crap
any help would be appreciated
