So here goes. Started at 6' 1" 201lbs, approx 15% bf (recalculated)
Now at week 10. 209lbs 10-11% bf
Cycle: weeks 1 - 8: 125mg Test Cyp E3D and Winny @ 50mg EOD
week 9: off
week 10: HCG 1 shot EOD for 10 days
week 12-20: 100mg Test prop EOD and EQ 100 mg EOD
Then pct.
So initially i gained 15 lbs weeks 1 - 3, but as I increased cardio I levelled off at about 211lbs.
I now have dropped weight since coming off of the cyp and fluctuate 208-209lbs. So an approximate net gain of 10-14lbs of muscle if I account for losing 7 lbs of fat yet gaining 7 - 8 lbs overall. I am still unsure as I must still be letting out water from the cyp. And I imagine I will continue to drop until that process is complete. I understand it takes about 2 weeks. The great thing is I look leaner every day.
Anyways, let you know in about 4 weeks where the prop and EQ takes me.
