Then, within 30 min or so, take a pre-workout supp
What to Eat?
fruit: banana
low gi carb: barley, oats, sweet potato
protein: eggs.
efa: fish oil caps

Take 10 grams BCAAs

i read somewhere on this forum that you shouldn`t have more than 30g carbs pre workout meal
you post meal should be 50g protein, 100g carbs
is this right?
that is what i do. only 30g carbs/50g pro preWO, then PWO i take 50pro/50carb unless im doing a heavy leg day or vigourous cardio (basketball,sprints) then its 50/50 pre and pwo along with bcaas. im cutting and yielding good results. i would say if your bulking though upping the carbs would be fine in your pre and pwo
6oz gatorade and 6 oz water with some crystal lite and 15g of BCAAs. sip that before during and finish it after your workout. eat a hefty pro/carb meal about an hour or so before your workout, whatever is comfortable.
