Hey only been on here short time and already learned alot from you guys so cheers for that. I have been advised to go for a test only for the first cycle was thinking either sustanon or tren enanthate Which would be best suited? I also need to know wether or not pct is needed for a first cycle at a weak dose and or anti-estrogens are needed and would tamoxafin do it?

first you need to learn the diference between test and tren or you could hurt yourself, and yes pct is required for every cycle.

Age 23

Height. 6 ft
Bf% 18-20
Years training 3-4

I am going to do a first cycle of 2ml sustanon at 250mg/ml
Was going to take tamoxafin during as anti estrogen
And do 3 weeks clomid therapy as pct?

Comments on this wether there good or bad would be appreciated!!

i wouldnt do a cycle of sust for the first one and hit the pct section and cycle section first so you dont mess something up

tren enth is not test and not a chem for beginners, stick with a TEST cyp or ent

agree with facile, depends on what you are looking to do . .

IMO, for your 1st, I would not go over 400 mg/ week of test. . . . even 300mg a week would suffice with good results

300 mg wk test enanthanate or cypionate will be fine. Get some letro in case gyno shows up. Get your diet and training in check from the training and diet forums of this board. Go to the PCT section to learn how to keep your gains. Do that.

Test E for some reason sometimes has less bloat than Test cyp. I would lean towards Test E, especially with your bf that high. I like 250mgsx2 ew personally but its utilmately up to you.

thread starter: start with a test enan or cyp @ around 500mgs a week for 12 weeks. Sustanon should ideally be injected EOD to optimize/take use of the propinate which really isn't for you right now. See how you react from the test and then start experimenting with more complicated compounds. Creating yourself a functional PCT is just as important as your cycle. Good luck.

12 is industry standard. You really don't grow much more after 12 weeks. Your receptors are fried by this point. Unless your taking HGH (you can stay on as long as you want)
