5'6 - 185 lbs. My body fat is about 18%.
Proper diet would be best
agreed diet little more, then after bout 8 weeks of dieting come back and well help u

right maybe u should have... head to the diet section try a diet for 8 weeks and then come back and well help u with a cycle, kus gains on diet are diet dependant!
