    I'm over 40 and in good shape. I've been working out off and on since I was a teenager. What is the best cycle and roids for a first timer for strength and lean muscle and weight loss.

    Proper diet would be best

    agreed diet little more, then after bout 8 weeks of dieting come back and well help u

    right maybe u should have... head to the diet section try a diet for 8 weeks and then come back and well help u with a cycle, kus gains on diet are diet dependant!
