    15% Body Fat Cut or Bulk?

    i have a body fat percentage of 15%, I really want to bulk up is this an appropriate bf% to bulk?

    lose the fat..if u bulk and u have all this fat u will not be able to see whats under it all...burn the fat

    If you are 15% BF you already bulked.

    5'4 120lbs and 15% BF

    Eat high protein, bulk up, and do cardio to burn the bf%

    so in my case a bulk might not be bad because incresing muscle mass would decrease bf%?

    You just need to eat clean bro. If you're 120 lbs with 15% bf, you can do wonders by eating right. Look up Beast's clean bulk and stick to that. See where it takes you. Good luck

    I am planning on eating around 3000 calories a day (bulking) no simple carbs, 2g/lb protein, complex carbs, and fats low? If I run sustanon and durabolin npp for 10 weeks on this type of diet will i blow up and get fat?

    damn.. 15% and 120lb would mean about 20lbs fat. i would say ~12% would be a good starting place, then add calories, even for someone your size. i'm not an expert but it seems like gaining any weight would be good. even if you regained that 3% bf, you might gain a little more muscle than you would on a tighter 3000 cal diet

    I think you should do a lean bulk or cutting. I think your bf% is too high to bulk. Just my opinion tho.

    do a month of adding cardio to your workout plan and go to dieting forum to get a cutting diet. After 1-2 months of this bulk

    Didnt you just post your nephew was doing a cycle of sustanon and durabolin and you were against him taking it? strange how you both ended up with the same gear...

    neither... you need DIET!!! youll probably put on 10lbs lean muscle,and lose ~+5%BF if you get your diet/workouts in check!

    Improve your diet,eat as clean as possible and you will drop fat and be bigger at the same time.

    15% is the time to start cutting. any more bf% and you'll look sloppy.

    120lbs!!!!!! you need to check out our diet forum and lear how to eat properly before even considering steroids. if you used steroids right now it would be a total waste and i doubt you'll gain 5lbs. all the steroids in the world wont make you grow if your diet isnt in check
