    T3/T4 active life?

Whats the active life on T3/T4 and how many hours should I wait until taking a 2nd tab to complete the daily dosage?

7 days for T4, id imagine similar for T3 but not sure. Just space doses equally.

These two hormones are quite different.

ON THE QUESTION OF HALF-LIFE, AND CONSEQUENTLY ADMINISTRATION PROTOCOL:

T3 is two and half days or 60hrs, and can thus be optimally administered once daily see "Pharmacokinetics":

    ----------

However with T4, this is not a cut and dried question even though administration is also daily.
T4 is a supportive hormone, and therefore has a half-life largely contingent upon the user's condition.
So there is the possibility of substantial variance, depending upon where your particular levels fall for example:

    PLASMA PROTEINS:
...In euthyroid subjects, T4 has a half-life of 6-7 days; in hypothyroid patients, it is 9-10 days and in hyperthyroid patients, it is 3-4 days.

Its recommended to take it before meals to maximize absorption, the exact opposite of empty stomach.

    Can you cite this?
The prescribed use is morning empty stomach (no food related absorption).

Agreed, neither T3 nor Clen absorption have anything to do with food!!!
