i started a bulk diet yesterday. its about 4000 cal. a day with about 300 grams of protein. i'm 25 6'tall and 160 with less than 5%bf. i'm tryin to gain 30 naturally without juicing. i was wondering what u guys think. i got about 3200 cals in yesterday.
i ate 2 pb sandwiches, about 4oz of cheese, a can of tuna, 8oz of filet minion, about a cup of rice... i ate more but not sure whatelse i ate off hand. i stuffed myself and i got about 275 grams of protein.
any advice on tweaking my diet let me know please. thanks guys.
