ok thanks guys.. shes 25 years old about 5ft7in around 140 wants to get down to 125 and be really shredded.. she has already used clen she doesnt like it.. her diet is very clean is there any other supps she can take i know she cant take winni BC it has test in it i dont want her to grow a damn beard!

WOW dont even know where to start so i'll just stay constructive and talk about the diet.. most mainstream diets marketed towards women are crap. work on a good diet and you should be good to go,

PS roids and females=bad idea if you dont know what your doing, even more dangerous than males
