I've heard (but I don't know for sure) that nat 50's are drol. lancs, what are your full stats and cycle plans? Do you know what these nat 50's are?

like i said its the first time i've taken a course, i train 3 times a week and play soccer and cricket, just want to look a bit bigger, sick of hammering the gym and not getting any bigger...
How old are you?
Whatever you are eating now, triple that. Seriously though, aim for 5-8 solid meals a day and i like to throw in ~500ml skim milk between meals.
