    Cycle Help

    I'm 19 years old, been lifting for 2 years weighing 160, good diet just can't gain weight...after doing my research I would like to run T-400, Sust 250, and EQ...I'm just not to sure what order to run them in and what dosage...any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome,
    at your age your body is filled with a hole lot of testostrone as it is. Try revising your diet to gain more pounds.



    Plus, at the age of 19 it's not recomended to do steroids, they are not magic, and in fact could mess you up.

    im 19 and do steroids..i gained 50 pounds in a week and my arms went from 17 inches to 25 inches.. aas is magic to me i didnt even touch a weight once..

    Meal 1
    4 pancakes 2 TBS pure maple syrup
    1 cup low-fat milk
    1 cup fresh blueberries

    Meal 2
    6 hardboiled eggs (2 whole eggs, 4 whites)
    1 cup raw oats cooked with 1 cup low-fat milk and topped with 1 banana and dash of cinnamon


    Meal 3
    Leftover 2 cups whole wheat pasta with 2 TBS jarred pesto sauce and 4 oz grilled chicken breast 1 small side salad
    1 cup brown rice mixed with 1/2 cup canned salmon
    1 Apple

    Meal 4
    6 oz rotisserie chicken
    2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
    1 large sweet potato


    Meal 5
    MRP with 2 cups low-fat milk, 2 cups frozen fruit plus 1 TBS flax oil

    To be honest that is a piss poor diet. Steroids are not to be used as a crutch for a bad diet. Do some research on proper diet before jumping to the dark side bro. And get rid of the attitude we're all trying to help here.

    Being generous I'm counting about 100 grams of protein a day. Not near enough

    i used a 20 ml syringe for one injection everytime...i shot sust,deca,test susp and test E all at one time...plus i used 1000mg of dbol a day...my nuts shrank to the size of peas but its ok.. they are now the size of raisins cause i believe Pct is a lie.

    rofl yeah i know right now man just run Sust at 500mg a week or 250mg every 3-4 days. you can kick start it with dbols for the first 4 weeks to get more gains out of it do 30-40mg everyday. improve on your diet by adding more protein and carbs but keep the fats low. watch your water cause if you do use AAs you will put on alot of water weight. uhm the other stuff id wait till next cycle or later cycles to use. see if your body will react bad with a test cycle first

    if you organized a correct cycle then your pct wouldnt come to you as being fake..

    when i was 21years old i took in 3700-4000 calories per day and with my metabolism i didnt give a rats @$$ on what i ate since im 5ft 11 175 lbs then and cut like a mother with 6-7% bf..

    question: what weight do you want to get to? WHat are your goals for? performance, size and strength,do you want to compete? fill us in. Your diet could use a treak esp at your age you dont need to be so strick while on roids with your weight class. How tall are you.. we need complete STATS?

    Read up on PCT if you havent.. I wouldnt say PCT is a joke or anything.. You just need to organize things properly.. When was the last time you were on roids?What age aswell?

    Then come back and post your diet with the tweaked info that you have learned. THEN we will critique it even more. Yes its hard to eat a lot but over time you will learn to eat big and you will start seeing great gains come.
