Anavar/PCT, etc.

Finishing up with my 3rd cycle. Just finished up with my Sus 250/Anavar cycle. Question....a friend told me that I can continue on with Anavar during PCT...but that didn't sound right? I do have Nolvadex, and will start that tomorrow morning.

Agreed, you simply can't continue to run a steroid (any steroid) while attempting to recover from steroidal use.
Even those who try to run PCT while tapering steroids are in error...conflicting goals.

As for your starting PCT tomorrow, when exactly was your last Sust injection? The beginning of PCT is contingent upon that date. Contrary to popular belief, PCT can literally commence following the last shot, but does has ideal start times based on the longest esters half-life which in the case of Sust is two to four weeks due to the VERY long decanoate ester. Most Sust guys initiate it at the two week mark, as there is a substantial serum level drop off at that time.
