I think you mean 40 mcg. 40 mg of pure clen would kill you. The size of the tab means nothing because 40 mcg is a very very tiny mass.

i have just taken 120mcg today and i feel nothing whats going on? i took them with cup of oats and pro shake, i started at 40mcg but now on 120mcg and feel nothing? whats the max i can go up to?

if you take 120mcg real clen. you should feel it. i took 20mcg LA pharmas clen in thailand and i did shake like a maniac. Also if you took'em like half a year your receptors are not responding as well.
