    Just a few more rookie ?'s

    1. Are bigger muscles always stronger muscles???
    2. For pure strength NOT SIZE and NOT DEFINITION what is the single best steroid????

    I'll move this to the steroid section since we don't have a bigger muscle section and this isn't a new member introduction.

    Its called testosterone, u might have heard of it. Hmm, not size or definition but only pure strength? so u want string bean arms and be able to bench 300 pounds? Pure strength gains will come from a workout routine centered around strength gains and enough rest between sets and workouts. Maybe u should look into workout routines for ur goals. Size and definition both are gained by diet. Id say 75 percent diet, training and rest 15-20 percent and aas would be 5-10 percent of the pie my friend. No gains without proper diet whether it be strength, size, or whatever ur goals are. And no, bigger does not always mean stronger. Ive seen guys who are much smaller than me and can bench with perfect form 50+ pounds more than me. Thats the difference between a bodybuilder and a powerlifter, genitics, and of course training goals. Look into training routines, not aas.
