well i finally got of my butt and took some picks. there not so good quality,but picks just the same. i realized when i started taking them that it would be of better quality if someone else took them so i will try to get the wife to do it soon. anyways, here thay are i hope....

i should have posted some stats: age 36, hight 5'10",weight 180lbs.(no aas cycles as of yet) i am currently cutting till i am satisfied with my conditioning. diet is in check, i have lost about 20 lbs so far and am currently using clen.

hi dsm,love the vidios u post. as for the pant thing, thay were long shorts. i dont have anything shorter. as for the picks i did them spontaniously and when i was doing it i realized it was not that easy. im going to have the wife take some better shots with me doing some of the standard poses like rear double bicepts ect... thay should come out better. i am using clen and couldent keep the camera still enough. hope all is well with you.

thanx for all the positive comments guys, i agree that my traps need much work. thats my stubborn body part. im going to add more volume and weight to my trap work. as for the cardio question, i do it in two forms. HIIT with eather sprints or jump rope.and power walking where i climb mostly hills (this is my favorite) about 4 miles depending on if my dog can take it. he tires before i do. and DSM lmfao thats the best vid yet. i cant stop laghing cus thats about as ghetto as i could possible be!

hello mperk, yes the picks are bad but i will get some good ones up soon. i am just bad at taking them myself. my goal right now is just to cut up and see where i am at. ive always been kind of fat. at one point in my life i weighed as much as 240lbs. that was about 15 yrs ago. it wasnt untill i found this forum that i decided it was time to look at the diet and get serious about loosing fat. ive lost over 20lbs so far. and the more i lose the bigger i look. its great. so this summer my maine focus is to get ripped. hope all is well with you, boyd
