Tore my ACL and had surgery with my ACL and have screws in there, and have a bad back now
Been working out alot lately.
my stomach is tight but not deeply cut you can see a shape of a six pack
about 12-14 inch arms
But i just want to bigger upper body ( only doing 1 cycle then maintan)
first cycle
1-10 500mg test e, 2x week 250mg
1-4 40mg of dbol a day for kickstart
pct is clomaid? and something else he recommand
he also said maybe add some clen is pct.
Also.. I dont really care about working my lower body.. Mostly getting that beach body..
Doing like shoulders one day
back another day ( my back is bad though)
bicep/tris
Chest
etc
I know that some eworkouts cross into other muscle groups, but
anyone know a good workout for just having a beach body
Or is it just recommand to do full split body workout a week lower body and upper body
Anyone know a good AB workout
