    Bulking info please

    I've never worked out in my life until about a year and a half ago. I've been trying to bulk up and have just not had the results i've been looking for. I had a friend hook me up with some tren (12 wk cycle) and a about a month after that cycle i ran across some EQ...still no real results. What do you guys suggust? I can't get any equip. to speak of. What help can you guys give me???

    It's probably your diet or your have bunk gear. You went for the gusto with doing tren first cycle.

    Did you do a pct? Also, Time on cycle + pct = Time off between cycles

    Also, we need stats. Please

    that will bulk you up in no time! but be sure to do cardio also, or else you will just get fat...

    I've done a little reading up on gear since the tren and eq. I was listening to others instead of doing my own reseach. I done no pct. I realize now that was stupid.

    ht 6'3
    wt 244
    age 27

    I would like to be around 255lb/lean

    I eat a lot of grilled chicken (no fried food), steaks, salads, peanutbutter and protein shakes. I pretty much try to eat lean (don't want to get fat). I try eating around 1500cal. as much as possible.

    dude ur not going to gain any weight eating 1500 cals a day....3500 cals= 1 pound a day!
    u need to eat tuna, hamburger, ground turkey, steak, shit load of full eggs, oats, whole wheats , just eat alot of beef

    Will you gain a lot of body fat eating like that and if so how do I go about not getting a big gut.

    That tells us nothing. If you wanna gain weight you need to find out how many calories you need to take in in a day to not lose weight. Then you need to eat 500 more calories than that. There are a few sites on the net that can (roughly) calculate this for you or you can do as I did and go by trial and error until you find what works for you. Post up a typical days diet with every macro (calories, protein, fat, carbs) listed with each meal and then totaled for the day. You can put it here but I would also start a thread in the diet forum.

    Also, I have no idea what that last sentence meant but a little girl eats 1500 calories a day.

    obviosly i'm a rookie at all this and this is my firts time to be on this site so what are your thoughts on the roid store? If i'm not supposed to ask that please disregard..

    listen dude, ur not gunna do be arnold ok, do u have any idea how hard it is to gain number weight and have "abs" and be lean? damn near impossible to the average person! listen pick one and stick to it! though it is possible, and can be done, its just very tough to accomplish this! ok stop reading the muscle and fitness magazines and looking at pro BB while they tell u how u gain 20 lbs in a month and still have a rippling six pack... Pro BB are on drugs year round with Gh and all that shit..they show u these guys in contest shape, they never show u them out of contest shape...so u need to pick whether u wanna gain weight or cut up! and stick to it!
