I've never worked out in my life until about a year and a half ago. I've been trying to bulk up and have just not had the results i've been looking for. I had a friend hook me up with some tren (12 wk cycle) and a about a month after that cycle i ran across some EQ...still no real results. What do you guys suggust? I can't get any equip. to speak of. What help can you guys give me???
