Sorry back to the point,I use the small scoop from myprotein and just yank it in the back of the throat then follow with water,as most these powders taste so bad in a shake.So with this amino I would do it 3 times at a time to get my 6 grams

in regards to your question, the most anabolic amino acid is l-leucine. things like AAKG and OAKG are great and have their separate purposes but they can not compare to leucine when anabolism is concerned.
