    roid shocker

    Well..i am three weeks in and i look more muscled, the belly has gone down
    and i got a bit bigger overall.
    The shock came when i stepped on the scale..i started at 147lbs and
    now it registers 143lbs...wtf!!!

    How does one get more small? This is bullshit..especially since I have been
    eating properly and more than I am use to.
    How how how!!!!???

    I wanna kill someone right now..the rage ..the frustration is totally pissing me off.

    look yesterday i ate for eg..

    bowl oatmeal
    5 boiled eggs
    1 turkey sandwich
    slices of papaya
    banana

    mid breakfast
    can of tuna

    lunch
    2 5 oz chicken breasts
    salad
    fish oil supplement
    5 amino acids

    went to train

    PWO whey shake

    rice with chicken, okra
    popcorn

    can of tuna
    milk

    Are you doing a lot of cardio? How heavy are you lifting? What's cycle and is your gear from a good source?

    I'm running... sus 500/week and deca 400/week

    i don't do any cardio...and my workouts are heavy 6-8 reps.

    for back and legs 8- 10

    this morning..

    i had oatemal

    fried eggs and chick peas

    a banana

    mid morning..

    i willl have 3 5 oz chicken breasts.

    the juice is good..i know it's working cuz i look more muscular and bigger
    but my weight has dropped..that's really frikken odd.

    I guess it's cutting the fat but damn!

    its still early. your only really running off the prop in the sust right now. hence the fat burning. the longer esters of the sust and then the Deca will kick in about week 6 and then you will really start to gain weight if your diet is on par like you say.

    week 6 that's long eh.. oh thank god!

    but i remember from years before of doing juice..but it was dball... my body

    weight would drop and then i would muscle over then it would start to climb..

    it's kinda strange..i just figured i would start gaining... i guess it changes

    your body composition first and then the weight comes after.

    It better be..i want to be heavier than 147lbs with this 12 week cycle.

    the sust will all kick in about week 4. then you will see gains.

    the deca really takes 6-8 weeks to fully fully reach stable levels and to take affect. then you will see alot more gains. and you will puff up. lol. so you will look bigger on top of that.

    that's the thing when people see me they think dude..must be heavy

    when i tell them..i'm 145 ..they are stunned..cuz i don't look skinny..

    i look kinda stocky... 5 foot 6..

    I am getting lighter but looking bigger figure that one out.

    yea i am going to eat more..maybe i need to eat more burger and fries type of food.

    Noooo! Keep eating right, the gains will come. You dont need all that fried food bro. If you're lookin better, keep doin what you're doin. The longer esters will kick in in a couple of weeks. Keep at it bro.

    You need to up your cals man. Add another meal of clean food to your day. You need to be eating 6 meals a day, not counting your pwo shake.

    Deen even though i really hate you, id like to suggest not to use the scale as a measure, use the mirror. its so damned hard to judge purely by weight because of water retention so its useless.

    the water retention is a good point..i don't think i have any right now..
    because should it not add more weight?

    I know the scale i don't use alot maybe once every two weeks..but it
    was dissapointing..

    but it kick started me into eating more even if it kills me..

    i just ate 3 5 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts for lunch.

    total value = 0 carbs protein = 120grams

    I am full.. you think i should be eating carbs with this meal?

    it wouldn't hurt probably. like a little brown rice or something. for the day, how many calories would you guess you're getting, along with macros if you can

    i have no clue on calories.. i basically seek out foods with high protein
    content and minimize my carb intake.

    judging by my eating schedule..how much does it look like?

    i just had red pepper soup..to throw in some carbs.

    I did the Atkins Induction for 7 days...I went from 195lbs to 187lbs. I look bigger just because i leaned up. Probably the same thing you are seeing. Besides if your only 3 weeks in you will just now start seeing the benefits of anabolics. Probably your diet more then anything man. Be patient. It doesnt happen overnight.

    You need to keep track of your total cals as well as total protein. That way if your not gaining you just bump up the cals and it helps to be sure that your eating the same amount each day. It also helps because if you start putting on a lot of bf you can cut a few 100 cals. The two most important things I did since I started bodybuilding were counting calories/macros and keeping a training log.

    Oh and dont try to minimize your carb intake if your going for mass, even in a lean bulk you need a decent amount of good carb sources.

    I lost a total of 10 lbs on my cycle but I got twice as big as I was. I found it odd as well but I lost the beer belly and put on lean muscle. I started out at 212, got down to 198 and ended up at 202 at the end of my cycle. I cant F***ING wait to get back at it. Ive been in the gym hard but it doesnt feel the same. I'm waiting on my Sustanon as we speak. I believe the tren had alot to do with the cutting and staying away from the water weight but that shit turned me into MORE of a raving lunatic. Hang in there bro, you'll see the gains you want if you're really doing what you say. Good luck!

    I'm female and 5'2." I've been cutting bf slowly with cardio and reduced calories for the last couple of months. No supp's other than a multivitamin and whey.

    Someone I hadn't seen in about 6 months just asked me if I'd lost weight - thought I looked thinner in the face than when she last saw me. She told me to "don't lose any more weight." I don't think I'm particularly thin but apparently she noticed the difference. Clothes size is 8; waist is 29.25."

    I weigh 128 lbs now. She saw me last time when I was about 137.

    How much cardio are you doing? Too much might be messing with your gains. If you have a physically active job, you need to compensate for that and eat more.

    Also, are you snacking on stuff like oatmeal, bananas etc. regularly? If you aren't gaining on cycle you might sort of need to 'pig out.' That's what I did last winter when I was working a labor-intensive job and lifting with still quite a few of newbie gains. I ate sort of like this when I was "bulking" last winter:

    cereal
    dark chocolate (it's like coffee for me)

    chicken and/or fish from restaurant buffet (biggest meal)
    veggies

    granola or oatmeal

    fish filet

    granola or oatmeal

    whey shake and some potato chips or popcorn (cheat food)

    3 whole eggs in 1.5 tsp. olive oil

    I didn't do much cardio then, but had a really active job.

    As you can see, this wasn't a completely "clean" diet, but I made gains off of it Weight went up from around 135 lbs to about 140 and bench went from something real lame like a set at 50 lbs to a set at 75 lbs and 3 reps of 85 lbs. (nothing for a guy of course - I'm a girl).

    This summer, work has been less active and I've reduced the calories and been doing more cardio.
