Well..i am three weeks in and i look more muscled, the belly has gone down
and i got a bit bigger overall.
The shock came when i stepped on the scale..i started at 147lbs and
now it registers 143lbs...wtf!!!
How does one get more small? This is bullshit..especially since I have been
eating properly and more than I am use to.
How how how!!!!???
I wanna kill someone right now..the rage ..the frustration is totally pissing me off.
look yesterday i ate for eg..
bowl oatmeal
5 boiled eggs
1 turkey sandwich
slices of papaya
banana
mid breakfast
can of tuna
lunch
2 5 oz chicken breasts
salad
fish oil supplement
5 amino acids
went to train
PWO whey shake
rice with chicken, okra
popcorn
can of tuna
milk
bed
