I'm starting to get a little too much extra flab that I need to cut off
So I decided I need to do some cutting but I DONT want to lose my muscle mass...
So how should I go about this with using insulin? I usually use 10iu PWO but I was thinking I should drop down to 5iu PWO when doing cardio....
would 5iu PWO (doing cardio) be enough to combat catabolism and would the lower dosage help prevent me from getting fat?
I was also thinking of having a small glass of apple juice (or some sugary drink) before working out...
I'm gonna be doing cardio 4x a week for 30minutes or so....
also gonna be decreasing the amount of carbs in my diet
